36th AGM of Pubali Bank

The 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Pubali Bank Limited was held at bank's auditorium on Sunday. Habibur Rahman, Chairman, Board of Directors of Pubali Bank Limited presided over the meeting. The Shareholders unanimously approved 10 per cent cash & 3.0 per cent stock dividend for the year ended 31st December 2018 in the AGM
