36th session of Saarc council of ministers: FMs in Kathmandu

Foreign and External Affairs Ministers of the Saarc countries assembled in Kathmandu on Monday to participate in the 36th session of the Saarc Council of Ministers. The Saarc Foreign Ministers will discuss and try to reach concrete decisions on issues of common interest which will help give the final touch to the Kathmandu Declaration of the 18th Saarc Summit, diplomatic sources said, according to a news agency.
