37th AGM of Eastern Insurance Company held

The 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Eastern Insurance Company Limited was held on a virtual platform recently. Chairman of the company ASM Waheeduzzaman presided over the meeting. The AGM approved 22 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders.
