38 juvenile gangsters held in city

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested on Friday 38 juvenile gangsters from different parts of the capital for their reported complicity in criminal acts, including snatching, mugging and violence. RAB-01 Commander Lt Col Mostaq Ahmed disclosed the development to the media at a press briefing at the elite force's Uttara office in the capital. He said the gangsters were arrested during separate drives at Banani, Mohakhali and Uttara of Dhaka and Tongi of Gazipur. The arrestees admitted their involvement of committing crimes like mugging, snatching, violence and robbery in exchange for money.
