38 local IT, ITES firms for B2B events in Europe

The International Trade Centre (ITC) is going to organise 3 Business-to-Business (B2B) events in Europe this (November) month. The events, focusing on IT and ITES industry, will held under the Netherlands Trust Fund-III Bangladesh project. The events will be held in London (UK) on Nov 11, in Copenhagen (Denmark) on Nov 19 and in Amsterdam (Holland) on Dec 3. A total of 38 Bangladeshi IT and ITES companies will take part in the events to meet with European buyers for exploring outsourcing business opportunities. Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Services (BASIS) and Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) are cooperating to organise the events. The ITC is planning to organise similar B2B events through mobilising trade delegations from UK, Denmark and Netherlands to Digital World 2015 in the beginning of next year. NTF-III Bangladesh Project is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the CBI (Centre for the Promotion of Imports from developing countries), said a BASIS release.
