4 arrested: Arms, ammunitions seized

Detective Branch (DB) of police arrested four alleged criminals and seized a firearm with ammunition in Rajshahi city on Saturday afternoon. The arrestees were identified as Biddut Hossain, 26, Mehedi Hassan, 25, Shaheen Kadir, 33, and Shahidul Alam, 28. Being tipped off, a team of detectives conducted a drive in Court Station area under Rajpara Police Station and arrested them from an auto-rickshaw. The detectives seized the firearm and ammunition from them. A case was filed, according to a news agency.
