4 arrested with drugs in Chandpur

CHANDPUR, May 19 (UNB) : DB police in separate drives arrested four people along with drugs in the district town Wednesday and Tuesday.
The arrestees were identified as Selim Soiyal, Ruma Akter, Mokhles Bhuiyan and Abdus Sattar.
DB police said on secret information they launched a drive and arrested Selim Soiyal and his brother's wife Ruma Akter and recovred 41 pieces of intoxicating injection and 31 pieces of Yaba tablets from their house at Ramdasdi near Natun bazar-Puran bazar Chandpur bridge Wednesday noon.
In another incident, the DB police arrested Mokhles Bhuiyan and Satter with 30 small packets of hemp from Darjighat on the outskirts of the town at about 10pm Tuesday.
