4 Bangladeshi youths return home

Four Bangladeshi teenagers have returned home after serving several months in Indian jails for trespassing. Indian border guards handed them over on Thursday evening in the presence of Border Guard Bangladesh and immigration police officials, said Benapole port police's Inspector Rafiqul Islam. The juveniles are Yasin Hasan, 14, of Jhenaidah, Belal Talukder, 16, of Bagerhat, Anowara alias Shanti, 17, of Jessore, and Rina Akter, 14, of Pirojpur. Benapole checkpost immigration police OC Akhter Hossain said they had been illegally taken to India by traffickers. They returned on a 'special pass' provided by India after their jail term, he added, according to bdnews24.com
