4 bombs exploded at Darshana Rail Station: 1 hurt

Some miscreants vandalised Darshana Railway Station in Damurhuda Upazila in Chuadanga district and exploded four powerful bombs there on Wednesday night. The explosion created panic among the waiting passengers and locals at Darshana Railway Station. Police recovered an unexploded bomb from the spot. Shikdar Moshiur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Damurhuda Police Station, said miscreants exploded a bomb on the platform of the railway station and three more in front of the station gate around 8:40pm. Witnesses said a passenger, waiting for a train, was injured when panicked passengers were running for cover as miscreants swooped on the passengers and railway staff at the station exploded the bombs. The injured was admitted to a clinic, according to a news agency.
