4 crushed to death by train in Joypurhat

JOYPURHAT, Dec 11:  At least four people were killed and 25 others injured as they fell off a freight train and crushed by it in Panchbibi upazila here on Thursday afternoon. Three of the deceased were identified as Sadequl of Puranpoil area, and Azahar and Jewel of Khonjpur in the district. Although deputy commissioner of the district Mohammad Yasin confirmed  the death of four people, the Fire Brigade put the toll at six.     — UNB
