4 killed, 13 injured in Natore

At least four people were killed and 13 others injured as a bus crashed into a human-hauler at Syed Char Rasta (intersection) in Natore Sadar upazila on Friday morning. One of the deceased was identified as Akter Hossain Masud, a vegetables trader and son of Latif Gazi of Bonpara of the district town. Highway police said the Dhaka-bound bus from Rajshahi hit a human-hauler coming from the opposite direction around 7:30am, leaving the human-hauler driver dead on the spot and 13 people injured. Six of the critically injured were rushed to Natore Sadar Hospital where doctors declared three of them, including Masud, dead, according to private TV channels.
