4 killed in B\\\'baria car-truck collision

At least four people were killed in a road accident at Ashuganj Upazila in Brahmanbarhia district on Sunday. Police say three other people were injured when a truck collided with a private car. They say Sunday afternoon’s accident occurred on the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway. Khatihata highway police’s Sergeant Abdun Nur said all the victims were passengers of the car. Only one deceased could be identified. He is Nuruzzaman, 30. The injured were rushed to Brahmanbarhia Sadar Hospital. Witnesses said a sand-laden truck rammed into the Dhaka-bound private car killing three on the spot. Nuruzzaman died after being taken to a local hospital, according to a news agency.
