4 killed in Comilla road crash

COMILLA, Nov 22 (UNB): Four people, including a BDR man, were killed and 15 others injured in bus-truck head-on collision at Padua on Dhaka-Chittagong highway in Chouddagram Upazila early Monday.
Identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Police said the accident occurred at around 5am when the Chittagong-bound bus from Dhaka collided with the truck coming from opposite direction and fell into a roadside ditch, leaving bus driver, helper and a passenger dead on the spot and 16 others injured.
Of the injured,one succumbed to his injuries at the Upazila health complex.
Among the injured 10 were admitted to Comilla Medical College Hospital while 5 others to the Upazila hospital.
