4 robbers held in city

Police in a drive arrested four suspected robbers from East Rampura area in Dhaka city on Saturday night. Identities of the arrestees could not be known immediately. Police said tipped off, a team of Rampura Police Station conducted a drive in the area and arrested the four members of a robber gang at night. The law enforcers also recovered two foreign-made pistols, three sharp weapons and four rounds of bullet from their possession. Muntasirul Islam, deputy commissioner of DMP, confirmed the arrest, according to a news agency.
