40th AGM of IPDC Finance held

The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of IPDC Finance Ltd was held through a videoconference on Sunday. The meeting was presided over by Kazi Mahmood Sattar, Chairman of IPDC Finance, while Mominul Islam, Managing Director and CEO, was present. In the meeting 12 per cent cash dividend for the year 2021, was approved by the shareholders.
