40th AGM of UCB held virtually

United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) held its 40th annual general meeting (AGM) virtually on Monday. The meeting was presided over by Rukhmila Zaman, chairman of the bank. In the AGM, shareholders have approved 5 per cent stock dividend and 5 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2022. Managing Director & CEO of UCB Arif Quadri and Chief Financial Officer Faruk Ahammad attended the AGM.
