41-day summer vacation begins at DU Sunday

The summer vacation of the Dhaka University (DU) will begin on Sunday. The 41-day vacation will cover the summer season and Holy Eid-ul Fitr vacation. No classes will be held during the summder and Eid vacation. However, different offices of the university will remain open like normal working days till July 15 ahead of the Eid-ul Fitr. After the 41-day vacation, classes will resume on August 2, while the offices will open from July 30, a DU media release has said.
