The 42nd meeting of the Audit Committee of the board of directors of Modhumoti Bank Ltd was held on Tuesday through Zoom. Shaikh Salahuddin, chairman of the Audit Committee and vice-chairman of the board of directors of the bank, and Md. Shafiul Azam, managing director & CEO of the bank, were present among others.
