5 killed in separate incidents

RANGPUR, May 14 (BSS): Five persons, including a housewife, of Rangpur and Nilphamari districts were killed at different places in Rangpur Sunday, police said.
Mizanur Rahman, 26, son of Abdul Jalil of Ram Rayerpara under Mithapukur upazila here allegedly took poison at home following family problems and died Sunday night.
Shah Alam, 20, son of Azgar Ali of village Zarullapur under Mithapukur upazila here allegedly committed suicide by taking poison beyond the knowledge of his parents.
Motahar Hossain, 30, son of Nesar Ali of village Munshipara under Syedpur upazila of Nilphamari allegedly took poison and rushed to Rangpur Medical College Hospital (RMCH) where he died Sunday night.
Akhtera Begum, 28, wife of Emdadul Haque of village Kumarpara under Badarganj upazila here allegedly hanged herself at home following family feuds.
Moshiur Rahman, 30, son of Shomsher Ali of Syedpur town in Nilphamari was injured after falling from the roof and rushed to the RMCH where he died last evening.
