5 more arrested in Sirajganj incident

SIRAJGANJ, Oct 20 (bdnews24.com): The police have arrested five more activists of main opposition party BNP for the October 11 train accident and the train torching incident during an opposition rally.
With the latest five new arrests from various upazilas of the district, on Tuesday night, the total arrests from the incident hits 80.
"Shahid (32) and Swapan (35) were arrested from Piplubaria Dattabari," Sirajganj Sadar Police Sub-inspector Abdul Malek told the news agency.
