5 train ticket scalpers held at Kamalapur

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) personnel arrested five suspected train ticket scalpers from Kamalapur Railway Station in Dhaka city on Thursday. The elite force also recovered 27 train tickets and cash Tk0.13 million from ticket scalping. Identity of the arrestees could not be known immediately. Sources at the Rab headquarters said acting on a tip-off, a team of Rab-3 conducted a drive in the area and arrested the five in the morning. Details of the drive and arrestees will be disclosed at a press briefing in front of Rab-3 temporary camp at the railway station, according to a news agency.
