50 injured in RMG factory stampede

SAVAR, June 20: At least 50 workers of the Medlar Apparel at Ashulia off the city were injured in a stampede while scrambling for exit during a fire incident at the building. The factory authorities later brought the fire under control before arrival of fire-fighting units. — BSS
