5000 men sued over violence after Sayeedi's death in city

A case has been filed against 5000 leaders and activists of Jamaat-e-Islami and its student wing Islami Chhatra Shibir in connection with the vandalism in the city's Shahbagh in the early hours of Tuesday over the death of war crimes convict Delwar Hossain Sayeedi, reports UNB.
Sub-Inspector Md Jabbar of Shahbag thana filed the case on Tuesday night.
