5,500 badli workers of 6 govt jute mills to continue strike

KHULNA, Sept 9: Some 5,500 temporary (badli) workers of six state-owned jute mills of Khulna-Jessore belt who are on strike since September 3 vowed Sunday to continue movement until their demands are fulfilled. The demands of the workers include increase in daily wage and gate pass at entry to the mill. —- UNB
