6 die in Rajshahi road crash

At least six people have been killed in a road accident in Puthia upazila in Rajshahi district. The identities of the deceased could not be known. Police and locals said the accident took place in Kastikpara area on Tuesday afternoon when a truck dashed a CNG-run auto-rickshaw. Witnesses said the truck smashed the three-wheeler around 5:30pm, leaving six people dead on the spot. Details of the road crash were still awaited, according to a news agency.
