JESSORE, Apr 27: A total of 63 BGB men out of 64 accused in Jessore were given different jails terms ranging from 4 months to 7 years for their involvement in BDR mutiny on February 26, 2009, by the Special Court-12 that was formed for the trial of BGB men in BDR mutiny case I a verdict Wednesday. Col. Yahia Azam Khan, president of the Special Court-12 handed down the verdict Wednesday morning at the 22 Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) headquarters at Jhumjhumpur in Jessore. One BGB man among the 64 accused was acquitted by the court as allegation brought against him was not proved.
