65-day fishing ban in marine territory

The government imposed a ban for 65 days from May 20 on catching all types of fishes in the country's marine territory to conserve and stock marine fish.
The ban will continue until July 23, according to the ministry of fisheries and livestock.
Last year, a similar ban was also imposed from May 20 to July 23.
The government imposed the ban to ensure safe breeding of fishes and having sustainable marine fish stock in the country. The ministry of fisheries and livestock will monitor the ban.
