6th solo photo exhibition of Bayazid begins

The 6th solo photography exhibition 'The people who forgot crying' of freelance journalist Bayazid Akter began at the Goethe-Institute in the city Monday.
The four-day exhibition was inaugurated by Goethe-Institute Bangladesh Director Torsten Oertel. Paul Mettler of University of Putra Malaysia was present at the inaugural programme as the special guest.
The exhibition is based on the documentation on Sidr-affected people.
A good number of photographs that Bayazid snapped during his seven-day visit to the cyclone-affected areas have been put on display.
The exhibition will remain open to all from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm until tomorrow (Thursday).
