8 charged with Rajib killing

Charges were pressed Tuesday against eight people, including Mufti M Jasimuddin Rahmani, chief of Islamist outfit Ansar Ullah Bangla Team, in the blogger Ahmed Rajib Haider killing case. Detective Branch of Police Inspector Nibaron Chandra Barman, also investigation officer of the case, submitted the charge-sheet before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Dhaka in the afternoon. — UNB
