8 fake policemen arrested

Police have arrested eight people posing as detectives from Dhaka’s Rampura. A team of policemen from the Detective Branch (DB) nabbed the fake cops late on Monday night, Masudur Rahman Deputy Commissioner of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has said. Some police equipment was also found on them, he said. Details would be given at a press briefing, the DC added, according to bdnews24.com.
