81 held during anti-drug drive in city

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested 81 drug sellers and users from the city's various areas conducting special drives against illegal drugs in last 24 hours ended at 06:00 am on Saturday, reports UNB.
Detective Branch (DB) under the DMP in association with local police stations conducted separate drives and seized 1,659 Yaba pills, 3065 packets of heroin and 900 grams hemp from the possession of the detained people, said DMP Deputy Commissioner (Media) Masudur Rahman.
