82 students apply for one seat in JNU

82 students will test for one seat in Jagannath University (JNU) for the first year honours courses under the academic session 2014-2015.
A total of 2, 25, 959 students submitted their applications through online under five faculties for admission test in JNU, the university release Monday saidaccording to a news agency.
61, 459 admission seekers applied against 790 seats under 'Ka' unit, 50, 551against 710 seats under ' Kha' unit. 45,532 admission seekers applied against 620 seats under ' Ga' unit, 65,961 students against 540 seats under 'Gha' unit and 2,456 for 100 seats under 'E' unit.
The admission test will begin from September 5 at 3pm. Admission test for 'Ga' unit will be held on September 5, 'Ka' unit will be held on September 12, 'Kha' unit on September 19, for 'Gha' unit on September 26 and for 'E' unit on September 13 at 3pm. The last date for submission of application forms is August 31.
The applicants must bring the admit card by downloading from internet to enter into the examination hall.
