8th death anniv of Hasna Abedin today

The eighth death anniversary of Hasna Abedin, founder and former chairperson of American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), will be observed today (Tuesday), says a statement. AIUB will hold special prayers, recitation of the Holy Quran, and milad marking the day.
The university will remember her contributions to higher education and pray for blessings and forgiveness for her departed soul.
