9 additional judges of HC regularised

The services of nine additional judges of the High Court division have been regularised, a notification of the Law Ministry said Thursday. The judges are: Justice M Moazzam Husain, Justice Soumendra Sarker, Justice Abu Bakar Siddiquee, Justice M Nuruzzaman, Justice M Moinul Islam Chowdhury, Justice Obaidul Hasan, Justice M Enayetur Rahim, Justice Naima Haider and Justice M Rezaul Hasan. President Zillur Rahman in exercise of his power under article 95 of the Constitution made the appointments. The appointments will come into effect from the date of taking oath of office. - UNB
