9 dacoits held with 5 firearms in Ctg

CHITTAGONG, Apr 8 (UNB): Police arrested nine suspected dacoits, including a woman, with five firearms from different parts of the port city and Patia Upazila in a three-day special drive that ended Wednesday.
As the incidence of robbery sharply increased in the city, Chittagong Metropolitan Police launched the special drive Monday and arrested ringleader Mukbul and his sidekick Russel from Chaktai area of the port city on the day.
