97th Board meeting of Crystal Insurance Company held

The 97th meeting of the Board of Directors of Crystal Insurance Company Limited was held at the Board Room of company's corporate office in Dhaka on Sunday. Chairman of the company Abdullah Al-Mahmud (Mahin) presided over the meeting. Diorectors AHM Mozammel Hoque, Abdullah Hasan, Md Tajul Islam, Ashoke Ranjan Kapuria, Arafat Rashid, Shahzadi Begum, Farhana Danesh, Soera Zahir and Nabila Mahmud, Independent Directors Kazi Nasim Uddin Ahmed and Rashedur Rahman, Chief Executive Officer Mia Fazle Karim FCA, Additional Managing Director & Company Secretary SM Shahidullah, Additional Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer M Mahfuzur Rahman ACA, and Assistant Vice President & In-Charge (Internal Audit & Compliance) Md. Radoan Hossain attended the meeting.
