98 held on different charges in C\\\'nawabganj

Police in an overnight drive on Tuesday arrested 98 people on various charges from five Upazilas of Chapainawabganj district. Al Mamun, additional superintendent of police, said separate teams of police carried out drives in five Upazilas of the district at night and arrested the 98 people. Of them, 49 people were arrested in Sadar Upazila while 19 were rounded up in Shibganj, six in Gomostapur and 12 each in Nachole and Bholahat Upazilas, according to a news agency.
