Aziz Al Mahmood (Chairman), Mashrur Arefin (Director), Barrister Tanjib-ul Alam (Director), Sheikh Mohammad Maroof (Director), Md. Mahbubur Rahman FCA (Director), Md. Abdul Wadud (Shareholder) and Ershad Hossain (MD & CEO) attended the AGM which approved BDT 94 million cash dividend to its shareholders for the year 2018
