A 15-day 'Banking Foundation Course' for newly recruited probationary officers of United Commercial Bank Ltd. began at the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) on Wednesday. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman, Director General of BIBM, presided over the inaugural session while N Mustafa Tarek, Deputy Managing Director of UCB, was present as special guest
