A ceremony was held for pro-rata allotment of shares of Sikder Insurance Company Limited through electronic subscription system (ESS) at DSE Tower in the city on Wednesday. Khairul Bashar Abu Taher Mohammed, chief regulatory officer of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE); Hasnain Bari, deputy general manager of the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE), and SK Abdur Rouf, managing director and CEO of Sikder Insurance, attended the ceremony.
