A delegation of University Grants Commission led by its chairman Prof Dr Kazi Shahidullah placing a wreath at the portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at the UGC bhaban in the city on Tuesday, marking the National Mourning Day
