Finance Minister A M A Muhith hands over the Certificate of Merit to president of Bangladesh Inland Container Depot Association (BICDA) Nurul Qayyum Khan (CIP) awarded from the World Customs Organisation on World Customs Day recently for rendering services to the international community.
