A newly-promoted deputy director of Bangladesh Ansar and VDP being adorned with rank badge at a programme at its headquarters in the capital's Khilgaon area on Wednesday. Ansar and VDP Director General (DG) Major General Abdul Motaleb Sazzad Mahmud and ADG Brigadier General Fida Mahmud were present on the occasion.
