A tripartite issue management agreement was signed by Green Tiger Electric Vehicle Ltd. with ICB Capital Management Ltd. (ICML) and BRAC EPL Investments Ltd. on Tuesday in a bid to mobilise funds from the capital market. Green Tiger Managing Director Mizanur Rahman, ICML Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mazeda Khatun and BRAC EPL Chief Executive Officer Syed Rashed Hussain signed the deal at the head office of the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) in Dhaka. ICB Chairman Prof. Dr. Suborna Barua and ICML Chairman and ICB Managing Director Md. Abul Hossain were also present.
