A workshop on 'Codex's importance and enhanced participation' of Bangladesh

A workshop on 'Codex's importance and enhanced participation' of Bangladesh in setting standards at the Codex Alimentarius Commission (CAC), an international food standards body, was held in the city on Thursday. Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) and Bangladesh Trade Facilitation (BTF) organised the workshop with financing from USDA. BSTI Director General (Grade-1) SM Ferdous Alam was present as the chief guest.
