Abahani take on Brothers today

Title aspirants Abahani Limited face giants Brothers Union Club today (Wednesday) in the high-voltage second phase match of the B League.
The match kicks off at 4:30 pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city. Private satellite channel ATN Bangla will telecast the match live.
Abahani Limited which secured 32 points to share the second slot with another title contenders Mohammedan SC while Brothers Union bagged 23 points, both playing 15 matches.
"We have no alternative to winning against Brothers Union," Abahani Limited team manager Satyajit Das Rupu told the UNB Tuesday.
Rupu said he is very much confident as his boys have been working hard in the training session ahead of the big match.
"To survive in the title race, we must have to win all the remaining matches, he added.
Brothers Union Club team manager Amer Khan said that they would go to the field to win.
"We are putting emphasis on the prestigious match against Abahani as they are very strong opponents," said Amer. "We are almost out of the title race, but boys are determined to win the match against Abahani", he added.
Brothers Union Club had their final practice in the morning while Abahani Limited in the afternoon at their respective grounds.
