Abducted youth found dead

PABNA, Nov 22 (UNB): Police recovered the body of a young man, who had remained traceless for 10 days after his alleged abduction from the house, from a field at Kukragari Natunpara graveyard in Chatmohor upazila on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Abul Based,38, son of Abdus Sattar, a resident of Baraipara village in Atghoria upazila.
Police recovered the body and sent it to Pabna General Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
The victim's family members said a gang of miscreants identifying themselves as members of Detective Brach (DB) of police entered their house in the dead of night on November 12. Later, they picked him up at gunpoint and left the place by a microbus with him.
