Abdul Kadir Molla re-elected SBAC Bank Chairman

Abdul Kadir Molla has been re-elected as chairman of South Bangla Agriculture & Commerce Bank Ltd for a second term. He was unanimously re-elected as the chairman at the 148th Board meeting held at the Bank's Head Office recently. Abdul Kadir Molla, a prominent industrialist, has been the founding director of the bank since its commencement. During his tenure, he has given full support to the management authority through his guidance and advice to improve the financial indicators of the bank. He is also the chairman and managing director of Thermex Group Limited, a leading industrial company in the apparel and textile sector, and chairman of Majid Molla Foundation. As part of social responsibility under Majid Molla foundation, he established Kadir Molla City College, NKM High School & Homs, Abdul Kadir Molla International School and Pach Kandi Degree College. — Statement
