About 200 JP men join AL at Sirajganj

SIRAJGANJ, Nov 27 (BSS): Over 200 leaders and workers of Jatiya Party (JP) formally joined the Bangladesh Awami League (AL) at a function here Saturday. On the occasion a reception was organised at Daulatpur College ground in the afternoon. Fisheries Minister Abdul Latif Biswas was present at the function as the chief guest. The JP leaders and workers joined the ruling AL under the leadership of Belkuchi Upazila JP president Md Abdul Majid Pramanik. Local AL leaders organised the reception which was presided by Daulatpur Union president of AL Md Altaf Hossain. District acting president of AL Md Mostafizur Rahman, General Secretary KM Hossain Ali Hasan, Belkuchi Upazila AL General Secretary, union parishad chairman, among others, addressed the function.
