Absconding JCD gunman arrested

A JCD activist, caught in camera brandishing firearm during an intra-party confrontation on the Dhaka University campus on January 18, was arrested by law enforcers from Shanir Akhra in the city Thursday, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, a team of plainclothes men arrested Saiduzzaman Pasha, a third-year student of history department of Dhaka College, at about 1:30pm, a senior DB (detective branch) official told the FE.
